Saturday, March 2 from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon, bird enthusiasts will gather for a symposium hosted by Kauffman Museum and Dyck Arboretum of the Plains. "Murmurations & Exaltations: Birds & Birding in a Changing World will be held at The Arb in Hesston, KS, and will include an early morning bird walk, a Spark Bird Breakfast, three expert speakers and information on planting for the birds. The symposium is offered in connection with the special exhibition A Day with the Birds: Community Science & the Audubon Christmas Bird Count at Kauffman Museum and made possible in part through the generous support of Humanities Kansas.  Registration for the symposium is due by midnight on February 28.
