The Newton Volleyball Camps are designed to help introduce the game of volleyball, teach fundamental skills appropriate for their age level and develop a love for the game. The focus is to have fun and enjoy improving volleyball skills. All three groups will have their own session to work on skill development at elementary, intermediate and middle school levels. 1st-3rd grade will work on basic skills and movement. 4th-6th graders will add onto the fundamentals and start to develop teamwork and how to play together. 7th and 8th grade will build on volleyball skills, teamwork and add in some competition. Each day the athletes will have a chance to learn from Coach Dibbens, Assistant High School Coaches and a number of the Newton High School Volleyball players.
