Take a Culinary Journey at Grace Hill Winery's 5-Course Friday Night Dinner!

Mi Sueno will be serving up a delicious menu in our event center overlooking the vineyard, and each course will be paired with your choice of sweet or dry Grace Hill Wine!

Menu Highlights

1st Course - Brown Sugar & Bourbon Short Rib on a Won Ton Crisp topped with Radish/Carrot Slaw

2nd Course - Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp, Asparagus, Mushrooms and A Dill Crème

3rd Course - Chili & Basil Roasted Loin Lamb Chops with firey red chilies, fresh Basil, GHW Blackout and roasted garlic. Served with charred broccoli, onion and fingerling potatoes

4th Course - Juicy Chicken thighs in a rich creamy Sun-dried tomato and GHW Eclipse wine sauce with fresh herbs and shallots over jasmine rice

5th Course -Key Lime Cheesecake with raspberries and lime whipped cream
