Light Painting? What is it? Basically, every time we press the shutter release, we are “light painting,” but there are some crazy, special situations where it is handy to be able to control the use of light and where we put it. There are some simple things you can try at home, in your basement, or at night, which Jim will discuss. He will also talk about a fairly complex way of lighting a subject that requires some Photoshop skills. This is a very broad subject, but Jim will get you started and give you some ideas to experiment with on your own.
