Eating Well
How to Eat (not What or How Much)
A Fresh Perspective on Peace with Food

Mondays, September 9th & 16th
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Could it be that what you eat isn’t the problem? What if the problem all along has been the manner in which you eat and has less to do about your food choices? Diet plans, healthy eating and weight loss education miss the mark when it comes to facilitating behavior change with food.  This class is for any dieting casualty who feels guilty about eating enjoyable foods and wants to simply enjoy eating again. If you think about food a lot, either eating it or avoiding it, and are concerned that your weight negatively affects your health this class is for you! Come learn how to shift to enjoyable, tuned-in eating from an award-winning food peace dietitian. This course is taught by Paula Miller, the food peace dietitian, from Sunrise Nutrition Consulting LLC.  Learn more about Paula at www.SunriseNutritionConsulting.com
