A Journey Along Iceland's Ring Road: 4th Tuesday Photography

Newton Public Library is pleased to welcome Anna Tri for a Fourth Tuesday Photography presentation: “A Journey Along Iceland's Ring Road.”
This is a hybrid program: Join us in person at the library, or click here to register for the Zoom Webinar simulcast: https://us06web.zoom.us/.../reg.../WN_u-k7sY59TwiChS1XZY620g.
About the Program:
Traveling along Iceland's Ring Road is like stepping into a living canvas of nature's grandeur. As you wind through this dramatic route, each bend reveals a new masterpiece: from cascading waterfalls that shimmer like liquid crystal to black sand beaches stretching into a horizon of rugged cliffs. The ever-changing light dances across ice-capped volcanoes and verdant valleys, transforming every moment into a photograph-worthy scene. With every click of the camera, it’s easy to capture the ethereal beauty of glaciers, geothermal wonders, and the raw power of Iceland’s wild landscapes.
About Anna:
“Hi, I’m Anna Tri! I am a Wichita native and graduated from Wichita State University with a B.S. in biomedical engineering. I’m currently a graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, studying systems engineering. I’m a Systems Engineer at Textron Aviation Defense, working some really cool and fast aircrafts (in my opinion), and special missions.
"I love traveling and have been to over 15 countries (mostly in Europe) and, most recently, fly fishing in Iceland. I’ve always enjoyed photography but am not a serious photographer. My equipment is my iPhone 13, digital camera, and dabbling in film cameras as well.”
